FM200 Fire Trace Tube is a compact and highly efficient automatic fire suppression system designed for enclosed and high-risk environments such as electrical cabinets, server racks, and control panels. Utilizing clean agent FM200 (HFC-227ea), the system ensures rapid fire detection and suppression without residue, damage, or downtime.
The system integrates fire detection and extinguishing in one unit through a pressurized tube. When exposed to heat or flame, the tube bursts at the hottest point and releases FM200 directly onto the fire source — achieving precise, automatic fire suppression without electricity or manual intervention.

Performance Characteristics
First, the fire extinguishing agent delivery tube performs three functions — fire detection, device activation, and agent release — eliminating the need for separate fire alarm and detection devices. This reduces costs and installation difficulty, greatly improves the reliability of the extinguishing device, and avoids false operation of electrical control alarm components.
Second, this device implements full-coverage fire extinguishing only for equipment that has already caught fire, quickly extinguishing the fire in a point-to-point manner. This changes the situation where traditional gas fire extinguishing systems extinguish the entire equipment space regardless of the size of the fire, resulting in slow detection response time and excessive use of extinguishing agents.
Third, the fire detection tube can be laid inside equipment and instruments that may catch fire, enabling the fastest detection of fires and the fastest point-to-point suppression of only the burning parts. This results in faster response time, less extinguishing agent consumption, lower costs, and greater environmental friendliness.

2. Types of Fires That Can Be Extinguished
2.1 The automatic fire extinguishing device filled with heptafluoropropane can be used to extinguish the following fires:

2.2 The automatic fire extinguishing device filled with heptafluoropropane shall not be used to extinguish the following fires:

- Fires of active metals such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, titanium, and zirconium
- Fires of metal hydrides such as potassium hydride and sodium hydride
